Carrie Fisher's movie career started with the 1975 movie, Shampoo, but she will forever be remembered as the iconic Princess Leia in Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Her award-winning first novel, Postcards from the Edge (1987), became a best seller and was adapted into a movie, and she also penned the bestsellers Surrender to the Pink and Delusions of Grandma.

Chef Tim Love

Tim Love’s flagship restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas — The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro — has earned critical acclaim since it opened in 2000. Building upon this success, in 2006 Love established a second Fort Worth restaurant, Duce. Tim opened his third Fort Worth restaurant, a classic burger joint called The Love Shack.

Chef Michael McCary

Chef Michael McCarty

In 1979, at the age of 25, Chef Michael McCarty founded MICHAEL’S in Santa Monica, California. In 1984, he was named to Cook’s Magazine’s Top 50 “Who’s Who of Cooking in America”. With chef/partner Jimmy Schmidt, McCarty opened The Rattlesnake Club in Denver and Detroit and in 1989 opened Adirondacks in Washington D.C. McCarty currently operates MICHAEL’S in New York City and Santa Monica.

Chef Bradley Ogden

Bradley Ogden has been named Best Chef California by the James Beard Foundation, one of the Great American Chefs by the International Wine and Food Society and Chef of the Year by the Culinary Institute of America. A popular television guest, Ogden has appeared on the Today show and Good Morning America. His newest venture, Bradley Ogden at Caesars Palace, was the first Las Vegas restaurant to be given the prestigious "Best New Restaurant 2004" award by the James Beard Foundation.
