Do not use on non-steel surfaces, control markings, labels, logos, foil or anti-fingerprint (AFP) coatings, black or easy clean steel, and appliance interiors. Black steel and easy clean steel can be cleaned with mild, soapy water and a soft cloth

Thermador Stainless Steel Conditioner (Wipes)

Ideal for removing burnt-on food deposits when the cooktop has cooled

Use at a shallow angle (such as 20 or 30 degrees) to avoid scratching the glass cooktop
