Pomegranate Grapefruit Mocktail
These refreshing pomegranate grapefruit mocktails might look fancy, but they’re super easy to make. Beautiful and party perfect for holidays or anytime of year.

Makes 1 Mocktail 3 Tablespoons pomegranate seeds (plus 1 Tablespoon extra for finishing cocktail) 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice 2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice 1 oz. simple syrup Grapefruit wedge, for garnish |
Instructions
1. In a shaker, muddle the pomegranate seeds.
2. Add the lime juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and ice. Shake well.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass. Add about a Tablespoon of pomegranate seeds and garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
