How do I cancel my order?

Please call Thermador Customer Support at 1-800-735-4328 to cancel an order. If your order has already been sent to our warehouse, it may not be possible to cancel your order. In that case, you’d follow the return process noted on our Terms & Conditions after you’ve received your order.
