Directions
1. Heat large grill pan on medium-high heat. Once heated, place slices of baguette on pan to toast both sides. Once toasted, remove from heat.
2. First serving option: Build your burrata: Gently lay burrata in shallow bowl or plate. Gently slice the top of the burrata ball and gently pull the edges so it can open up. Top with your favorite toppings. Serve with grilled baguette slices.
3. Second serving option: Lay all the different toppings out in bowls. Place burrata in bowl and gently break it in to smaller pieces or place with a cheese knife for guests to cut their own pieces. Allow guests to spread the burrata on their baguette slices and top with their favorite toppings.
